Deliveries to Switzerland:
LODENFREY charges a service fee of CHF 15 for shipping to Switzerland by Swiss Post. This service already includes the costs for packaging and shipping the goods.
We take care of all customs clearance - you do not have to pay any customs duties.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered to Switzerland within 4-7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
Accepted payment methods
- Payment by credit cardThe invoice amount must be settled within 14 days when paying by invoice.
The combination of purchase on account and redemption / purchase of a gift voucher is not possible.
The order amount is deposited as a payment reservation and booked after the order has been dispatched. In the event of cancellation, the amount will be released. Refunds from returns will be made using the same payment method that was used for the original order.
