"Our goal is to respect people and the planet and create a new lifestyle where fashion trends and sustainability can coexist in one product." This is the vision of the label Haikure, which focuses on style and sustainability with its women's and men's fashion. The label's values are implemented through various pillars: Haikure uses organic cotton, lyocell, hemp, linen and recycled PET bottles as sustainable materials.
Water and chemicals are conserved in the production of the pants, and GOTS-certified factories in Italy ensure fair working conditions. The label provides transparency through a QR code on the clothing. This gives buyers the opportunity to track information about the energy balance, the entire production process and the supplier chain of their garment.
Incidentally, the name Haikure is derived from the traditional Japanese poem form Haiku, which often refers to nature and always has a reference to the present. The term was supplemented by the ending of the words nature, pure and future. Thus, the goals and values of the company are appropriately reflected in the name Haikure.
