In 2015, Rhuigi Villaseñor founded his own label based in Los Angeles. Within a very short time, his casual designs conquer the catwalks of the world all the way to Paris Men's Fashion Week, where Rhude successfully debuted with its Spring/Summer 2020 collection. The menswear of Rhude reflects Rhuigi Villaseñor's personal story as well as the modern life of Los Angeles. For the young Villasenor, travel is part of his childhood. Before finally moving to the U.S. at the age of eleven, he lived in the Philippines, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and Thailand.
